CHAUPAL

Chaupal has a General Body and an Executive Committee. These committees assist in planning review and monitoring of work. Both the committees are a mix of grassroots workers, subject matter experts, experienced social workers and academicians. Chaupal also has a separate complaints committee under Vishakha Guidelines, for scrutinizing and addressing any such complaints received.

Chaupal has prepared a comprehensive Finance and Human Resource Guidelines that includes stated policies on Sexual Harassment in the workplace and Child Protection.
